A powerful blend of movement and breath, her Vinyasa Yoga classes bring the body into its full of range of motion, while encouraging alignment, balance, flexibility and grace.
For her, the focus is on establishing proper alignment to support the body and mind. She believes that the body has many depths. What happens on the outside is simply a reflection of what is going on inside. It’s just a matter of how awake we are to that wisdom. Her goal is to encourage her students to find the therapeutic benefits of their practice, be it vigorous or more passive, so that it may be a life long endeavour.
